1. my passport will b expiring on 21st december... i heard they will b producing a new passport soon... so can i apply for it now? or need to wait? any costs?
i dun wan to i apply a new passport.. den they come out wif a totally new format.. den i need to apply again...
2. even if i dun apply for a new passport now, i still need to chance the photo on my passport... rite now the photo liddat, sure wun allow me to leave sg one...

Cannot extend expiry date? if extend it is free of charge. but if u need to remake the whole passport then must pay 70bucks lik tt. if u do it online it is 10bucks cheaper or something lik tt.
