Took a 5 hrs plus coach to Genting on Konsortium. Assemble 0730 at Golden Mile, you can see all fellow Sporeans waiting for their transport.
on the way there is stops for you to catcha bite & pee.
Coach takes you all the way up to Genting, I made reservation with resort hotel, so made our way there to check in. Check in takes about 30-45mins during this time, bcoz peak period. Take a number, have seat by CoffeeBean slack on a cuppa coffee!
Resort hotel is one of the more economic accomendations in Genting. for high end, try the Genting Hotel, super grand. Room comes with 2 breakfast, additional needs to be purchased at RM$20.
Food is very expensive there, expect to pay Singapore foodcourt prices or slightly higher. There is a foodcourt named "Kopitiam" inside the indoor themepark, near the rock climbing arena. MUST TRY THE HOTPLATE NOODLE! RM$8.60, MUST TRY! damn nice, slurp! paid RM$4 for a small cuppa milo peng -_-"
Eat finish walk around the indoor themepark, very happening. Hmm a 2days package of both indoor & outdoor themepark can be purchased at the counter for about RM$60 for adult. 2 adult 2 kids family package comes at a special price!
Try to buy the 2 days lor, coz come Genting must play until shiok. Unless your going to Casino..
Indoor themepark consists mostly of family rides. The Carousel, Ferris Wheel, Monorail, family rollercoaster, junior / senior bumper car, mine train, flume ride, motion stimulator!! expect to queue during peak perioud which is very sianzs.. waste of time..
outdoor themepark consists of mostly exciting rides,Corkscrew rollercoaster, normal pasar malam rollercoaster, Carousel, kids flying elephant, one huge turn turn turn machine which I duno whad, cable car, lots more..
please TRY spaceshot, takes u up to about 12 storey in heights, then release you all the way down. heart gonna jump out, but the scenery on top is damn nice. doesnt seems that scary anyway, try it trust me.
cockscrew rollercoaster careful, 360 degree turn 2 rounds, i hit my shoulder & now swelling, hahaha..
Genting temperature around 20 degrees, so light clothing still can be worn, I just took a jersey & berms & im ready to chiong!
3D2N is just fun enuff, 2nd day for themepark, 3rd day to pack your feelings up, not too long lik 4D3N too long very sianz nothing to do.
nowadays peak period very expensive to go.. but the crowd is there to excite the holiday seasons!!!!!!
