I figured if we can rate travel agents here, it will benefit the users in the long run. Let me start the ball rolling...
Chan Bros - Once, they rescheduled my aunt's flight to the states because they claimed there was not enough people to fly. They did not wait for my aunt at the airport (she's a foreigner) to tell her that and when my aunt approached one of the Chan Bros rep who was leading another tour group. He did not help. He just told my aunt, its not my problem.
Eventually, my aunt, together with my mom went thru a very huge hassle to finally get the money back and claimed some damages. That's ofcourse, after a few email exchanges and a few talks to a few people.
My overall rating: 2.5/10
