mabbe u can try usin suntan lotion loh..with banana extract? but, 1 day of tanning don't really give you a nice tan.. it would tk quite sometime...

1)avoid 10am - 2pm .. strongest uv .. but the fastest to get tann ..
2)drink lots of water ..
3)tanning is not a one day affair .. it take times
4)don tann till u feel pain on ya skin ... cos is bad .. when u get burn .. it looks awful cos your skin will start to peel ..
5)always reapply the lotion

yellow cap - spf 4 - dark dull chocolate brown

sentosa is the best place to tan man...i everytime go there tan wif my frens...but everytime oso tio sunburnt...wahhaa...afternoon is super hot...tt in 1 day u sure black...but oso ur skin will peel...if can...tan during 10am-12pm n 4-6pm...i think the results will be quite gd...but slow...i normally stay there frm 10am - 7pm...

Like tat u must apply spf 100+ first then follow by suntann lotion ..
by only applying suntann lotion .. u don tio burn quite impossible loh ..
For mi , i am at ssbay every weekend .. mine skin like kinda get use to the sun .. which is bad i suppose
Usually when i am around there from 1-6pm .. i don feel a single thing even i don apply ani lotion with a veri bright sun ..
