the best season to dive is from march to june... esp in tioman n m'sia....
dun learn ur diving lesson in sg, i mean the open water dive coz sg water visiblilty sux... hurhurhur
check out if there is any package going to tioman or rendang best 2 sites in m'sia
pulua aur n dayang is oso not bad but if u've got the chance to go ... erm can't rember the name.... itz somewhere in sarawak, a small isle above brunei... there is 3 or 4 shipwrecks sites for u to dive n explore... hehe
as for the diving suit get at least the 5mm thick if ur scare of the coldness underwater.....

NOT ask u to find a m'sia diving training sch lah.... find a singapore one but ur open water dive is in m'sia.... dun look for one that will provide ur whole course JUZ in sg....
muz check out all the details b4 u sign up for any of the course eh... like the rental of equipment, course materials etc...

go tioman lor, $500 still got spare ...
tioman is a nice spot oso, more things to see....
but rendang is more peaceful n the visibilty in the water there is better...... but i wld still rather go tioman hehee.... at least worth the $$ lor.....
