Can anyone post the effectie way of swimming to lose fat and build stamina ? Because whenever i go swimming i donno what to do lolx.. just swim swim and swim like playing in the air .. fun .. Answer: ya.. i think those coach who trained the singapore swimmers do train normal swimmers too... i was trained under them long ago.. and then i gave up.. their training too tiring.. lol.. now i usually go swimming alone or with a couple of frens and just swim to and fro... very relaxing.. and swimming is the only sport i do..
