Can anyone post the effectie way of swimming to lose fat and build stamina ?
Because whenever i go swimming i donno what to do lolx.. just swim swim and swim like playing in the air .. fun ..

try swimming laps using the most not used way.. like u like breaststroke but seldom used freestyle.. now u can try using freestyle to swim.. u will find it more tired than using breaststroke, simple coz yr body is not used to it
also, u can tie weights to your ankles and add resistance to your body weight, which makes it harder for u to swim. u can try swimming deeper in the water to

no ah. my coach is an olympic coach but he coaches normal swimmers like me!

ya.. i think those coach who trained the singapore swimmers do train normal swimmers too...
i was trained under them long ago.. and then i gave up.. their training too tiring.. lol..
now i usually go swimming alone or with a couple of frens and just swim to and fro... very relaxing.. and swimming is the only sport i do..
