Joggin for losing weight
Question:
Need run 30min at least for fats to start burning.
What else do i need to know?
after running can drink alot of water?
anything else which help aid fat burn while running n stuff?

lol the last time i tried this.. i ran for... 3 mins. then cannot make it liao. ended up breeze walking for about 20mins. LOL

i normally run 20mins only...ard 3km.

u can do crunches or sit ups after running...
during night time u can lie on the bed and lift your legs up 90 degrees... do some bicycle kick in the air til u can feel the tension on your stomach
this is to train your abs and tone them

have you tried supplyments?
try hydroxycut? (for supplyments probably some other people in here can give better advice i am not good at it. )
fats starts to burn after 20-30mins of running (depending on your metabolism), prior to that you lose only water... i believe you know someting abt that already?
after running of course its good to drink some water or isotonic drink to replenish the liquid and salts you lose when you run, but remember to drink it slowlyand not gulp it all down. Best if its not cold, because its not good for your body to be cooled down so suddenly, it hurts the muscles.
2 times a week seems abit little? probably increase it to 3 at least?
well, 1 day of recovery time should be more then enough especially when your body get accustomed to the distance and pace you are running at...
for a start probably 2 times a week is a good start to get the momentum going... but try to increase the number of times to at least 3...
you can also increase the pace and try get your heart rate up... and then maybe increase the distance?

when i free i jog 5 days when not free alternate days lo...usually 30 mins...
I will walk to stadium which is 30min and walk back~~

sit ups tend to strain the back more... so i would vote for crunches after a run

walking is actually better... it is less hurtful on the knees
but you have to walk a longer distance and at a faster pace to get the heart rate up...

i run like 20mins a day around 1.6km only lor. the rest of the 4km i walk to cool myself down.
then i go gym to cycle. i lost fats around my thighs. nw i'm concerntrating on my flabby arms. and it seems that i gain weight even though my measurements are the SAME! and my legs are skinnier than before. nb

Don't drink too much... just in moderation can liao.
Amongst other things, FANCL got the Perfect Slim EX drink which helps in fat burning if taken some time before exercise... kinda expensive though.
Maintaining your feet at 45 degrees will also give you that strain. Crunches are also better than sit ups as it doesn't damage your spine.
2 times a week is good enough, provided you perspire at each workout.
Watch your diet but don't skip meals as you will find your weight fluctuating. Short term you might see weight loss (for skipping meals), but long term it's muscle degeneration.
