Proper Breathing While Running
Question:
1. Inhale via Nose and Exhale via Mouth
or
2.Inhale via Mouth Exhale via Nose ?
I Confused.. but now i am comfortable with no 2 and no 1 seem hard to me. hmm?

Answer:

when u r jogging, u need to breathe in a larger amount of air.
in order to do that, by breathing thru ur nose only is not enuff
keep ur upper body relax while u run and open ur mouth. Breathe thru the nose when u feel u can manage...u will feel relax...but after running longer distance, u need more air
just breathe normally using ur mouth and nose
breathe in thru both airways and blow it out from the mouth.
but remember! after every 40-60sec or maybe 200m, take a big and deep breathe...hold it for a lil longer and then blow it out and run...u'll feel better

for me i breathe thru nose until i am really shagged then i breathe thru mouth for more air.
for long distance running la.

u can take in higher amount of air which u need
