I am scarred now. Please Advice.
Question:
I am very scared now. I dont knwo what happen but this is it. Currently last week i start jogging (had been stopped for 2 weeks), and when i was running there is an abdominal pain on my right part (sorry, i dotn what it's called but yea, its normal when you start to jog and when you feel tired) But the PROBLEM is that i felt my right side abdominal pain even when i slow walk from my room to my kitchen. I didnt run or anythign just a normal walk but i feel an abodominal pain in the right side. Im scared now, i scared that this could be fatal. Please advice me of any possibilities. Answer: u might have pull a muscle there?? hmm.. not fatal i think.. juz go see a doc loh.. and if u r thinking that it might be appendices (dunno how to spell) "mang chang" also cannot be.. cos if really is that u will turn green after a few hours and wont be able to walk... lolz.. try massaging loh.. sometimes i also got chest pain when i move.. sometimes i suspect i got heart problem ah.. lol.. dun worry lah.. if really scare then go see doc.. Answer: when u felt this pain? how long already? it happen often? if the pain comes after ya jog on that day.. thinks its ok.. jus stretch and rest ba.. if the pain persist think u better to see doc.. Answer: its called stitches its either u ate too much b4 u run, not proper breathing system while running, or drink too much water b4 u run b4 running of coz mut eat and drink alot of water but 2hrs b4 k and while running breathe thru the nose and mouth and every 200m u cover take a deep breath But ur pain now i dunno wat is it and errm u try stretching ur stomach part lar...lie down turn body left and right but ur hips remain facing the ceiling...see got pain or not...then also bend down and bend backwards try to see which part pain and press...and see if pain...if pain persist for more than 1 wk go see a doc Answer: That is known as appendicitis or stitch in lay man terms The appendix is a small organ that was useful to our ancestors but now is virtually redunant. However, it can still cause trouble and sometimes has to be remove. Until now, if you are still having pains in that area, seek medical attention IMMEDIATELY, you may have to undergo a minor operation. Lesson learnt? Eat your food slowly and do not run after you finished your meal. Answer: zoom - ya avatar...erm.. 2 guys kissing ar?? i tink u sld drink more water.. ?? Answer: ya ...it's possible to be stitches .. lol...don't be scared la... Answer: firstly it is not fatal. more probably a case of stiches, which happen when u do not do enough warmup before running. Stretch yr legs ,dude! also, try to eat 2hrs before u go running to ensure enough digestion
