Answer:

It's call blading.. the blood is real. Despite what you might have heard from some stupid people, 95% percent of the time, a wrestler bleeds by "blading" himself, and not by using a blood capsule. Here's how it works: A wrestler rolls out of the ring and hides himself from the view of the audience. He then pulls out a small blade (usually concealed in a taped-up wrist or finger) and quickly cuts his forehead. Cutting anywhere else is very dangerous and is rarely ever attempted. However, cutting the forehead is somewhat dangerous, because you can hit a major artery if you cut too deep. A small cut is all that is needed as the blood quickly mixes with sweat and produces a great effect. New Jack (a former ECW Hardcore wrestler) learned this the hard way. Some of the time, the referee will be the one doing the blading. The thirst for blood has let up lately, because of the fear of AIDS. Note that blading is done so fast that it's nearly impossible to see it UNLESS you are in the ring with the wrestlers yourself!
One example of a bad blade job is Eddie Guerrero blading himself in a match with JBL.. Eddie cuts too deep ending in massive blood loss..

Answer:

and sometimes,
after being hit on the head, the referee will pass the blade to the wrestler.
and the wrestler will somehow turn himself to face the grd with hands under the head.. then he will cut himself.. normally this are being conceal by the camera angles on tv.. that's why on tv, it seems so real.. real as in they being cut in the head..
