. For I'm an Intd (International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers) diver. But if you are going for lesuire dive rather then wanting to make it a profession next time. I think it would be better for you to get a padi certified diving which is the most reconiged diving liscense for leisure diving. there is another kind called the SSI.
For NSF. Are you a safra members yet? there are some safra discounted prices for like a 2 days course to get a Basic Diving Liscense.

well.. i didnt know safra got discounted prices...but anyway... there are many other company out there like deepblue etc.. the whole course is ard 400(last time i follow my poly..so might be cheaper) which includes everything and a trip to ..usually malaysia places like tioman..dayang..aur etc....but if u wan a cheap one... means dive in spore waters..which is damn dirty and visibility damn poor.. well..its damn fun.. u wont regret!

Poly diving ? TP ah? sorry my typo. is iantd. International Advance Nitrox Techniacal Diver . haha. Nope. Mine cert is not under Padi. It's under Iantd lo. I got a direct convert without taking diving lessons cause I dive in the navy but just the theory cause commercial diving decomp table is different from military diving.

IANTD, tec diver training agency
TDI, Tec Diver training agency
BSAC, old time diving club ( expensive, long training needed, but results are best and safe)
SSI, commecial agency
