Today is the last day for the 2nd round of the BAS Qualifying Tournament 2005.
2 teams will be heart broken in Grp A and B respectively.
Grp A will feature Min Yi Sports Club Vs G-Net. (Both were top seeded teams)
They were upstaged by Qian Xi which will advance to the final round with a +1 record.
I personally rate Grp B as the group of death. 3 top teams in this year's tournament are in there.
NUS, Beng Hiang and Sin Chew Auto.
Sin Chew Auto was the 2nd seeded team to advance into the 2nd round but with a similar 2 points victory against NUS and Beng Hiang.
They too will advance into the 3rd round as the top seeded team and with a +1 record.
Sadly, today will see either Beng Hiang or NUS go out of the tournament.
Grp 3 will showcase Whye Nam Vs Shenze.
The team that win will enter the final stage with a +1 record.
Whye nam will be one of the favourite of the tournament and with their experience coach(JunFang).
Shenze will have a tough fight tonight.
