Answer:

Well, I haven't been exercising in a very long time.. Just now went to siwm for around 20 mins can't take it liao

Answer:

I'm no swimming expert... but i swim pretty often.
I like swimming in the afternoon... say 12pm. Cos i want to get tan. But i think the sun at this time is not very good, in the sense that it kinda damages your skin.
If i have the time, i will go swim 2 to 3 times a week.
How long per session doesn't really matter. I think it's the number of laps that you swim that counts. I can stay in the pool from as long as 1 hour to 3 hours. If i swim continuously or like rest a while after each lap then i'll take an hour. Otherwise if i swim then relax and so on, i'll take more than that.

Tilt your head to one side and then jump a few times on the spot... the water should come out.
Or you can get ear plugs to prevent water from getting into your ears while swimming.
