its more like dance/aerobics combined.. fun .. but if you intend to learn it to protect yourself....erm... not very practical

heh i took a short 3 months kickboxing course in sch.. for only $9.90! that's super cheap lor.. really can keep fit.. cos u'll sweat ALOT after every session..
but AMORE's courses are abit ex.. $120+ for 12 sessions.. no choice.. no other cheap alternatives already..
