i got a lobang once for such license. actually meant for fast craft (those like a bike, forgot what its called). but you will be able to pilot a yatch with the license too. about $300 in all only. just need to pass the tests.

I been checking out this for a long time ..
the course is $300 +
Is easy to get a licence .. but hard to rent a power craft.
Unless ur a member of a yatch club which cost hell expensive in sg. And also most club don not rent their craft to public.
Is cheaper to buy 1 compare to a car .. But the monthly maintenance is about $200-400 depends on the size of the boat u have. As the divers hv to do underwater cleaning and serving to your craft.
I was thinking of getting the licence so i can be the skipper for the wakeboarders. But still i got to attend another course for it. zzzZzzz
