Answer:

u can train ur standing broad jump by doin the following:
double leg hops: string a number of standing broad jumps together. swing your arms in unison with each jump, creating momentum and helping out with the balance.
tuck jumps: jump up and tuck your knees into your chest. do these in double-quick time.
step ups: you need a stable box or step which will create a 90 degree angel in your knee joint when u put your foot on it. with a bar on your shoulders, step up onto the box. stand upright with both feet on top of the box before stepping down again. alternate step-ups between your right and left foot. keep your body erect throughout the movement.
hopping up stairs: the ideal steps can be found in sports stadiums or use benches.

Standing Broad Jump
- Better of two consecutive standing broad jump distances.
- A measurement of lower limb extensor muscular power.
- Stand with feet about shoulder width part and toes just behind the take-off line.
- Prepare to jump forward by swinging the arms back n forth and rhythmically bending the knee to about 90 degree.
- Jump as far forward as possible, taking off with both feet and landing with both feet. (Attempt is not counted when the subject loses balance and falls backwards, touching the area behind feet with any part of his/her body)
- The distance, to the nearest centimeter, between the take-off line and the heel near to that line is the performance score.
- The better of the two attempts shall count.
