You can look for the Kendo Association of Singapore and join. I'm not sure about the membership fees but it's a weekly training session if I'm not wrong. But you have to purchase the equipment. All the gear would total up to about three hundred plus Singapore dollars. So be warned.

Heard there is a jap school in changi area that gives free kendo clases . But you would need to purchase all equipments by yourself . Total up ard 1k plus including the "sword"
