anybody here have any good ways to train dribbling fast? wanna improve myself so that i won't lau onto the path of an incoming SBS bus again.

yah. but one of my friends say got some ways of doing it. i dunno so i just ask.

everyday take a ball and bounce and get the right ball control, even though its hard.
and a big hint...
Always bend down wif ur knees bended. stand tiptop pattend. dun rest ur hind. It'll improve ur reflexes. but.. if u got a weak leg.. U'll end up being tired. Train up too =D

try to play lots of full court games and your dribbling will sail better naturally!

right side bounce 100 times. left side bounce 100 times. then intercross 100 times. everyday do. haha. . my dribble skills nto very good la. . not bad either.. haha. .

eg moving up the stairs normally without losing the ball

my friend taught me that too. exactly the same. hahahahz. even the 100 times part.
oh yah, and bend your knees. like in a real game you'll do lidat.

Try dribbling with 2 balls at the same time... Do it slowly at first then increase ur speed as u progress....

for me. .its still the same. . right hand 100 times. left hand 100 times. then crossover 100 times. . =)
