in short:
lifesaving 1->lifesaving 2->lifesaving 3->BM(bronze medallion)
the BM(bronze medallion) will qualify u as a certified lifeguard. before that u will have to take a series of lessons but there are crash course available. which means the swimming instructors pack everything- from theory lessons, CPR-pract to water rescue techniques..etc etc.

well the 200m is pre requirments... during the course then you know...
As for BM, it bronze medellion... the full cert to be a lifeguard... after that than you might wanna upgrade to am and da...

Oh Ok...but maybe i don fit to be a lifeguard as they are a group of guys whose are very reponsible and they cannot fall asleep or someones ' life will be in risk! BUT Is there any course that teaches life-saving as in CPR,Drown-saving or even better , first aid ..altogether ? full cert even better!
BTW just wan to know,wat is the min.age to join the life-guard course ?
