it's so bloody obvious england is overrated... actually gerrard has potential, and is all rounded. the only thing holding him back is that he is prone to injury... and you can't blame him for that..
otherwise, yes england is VERY overrated, especially beckham. i don't understand why a thug like him can captain a proud country like england. that time he kena tackle by diego tristan, the newspapers all shower concern.. and critisize tristan like shit.. fine. but you know what? actually tristan did the right thing.. cos if u watched that match, you will notice that in the 1st half, beckham intentionally and maliciously tackled another deportivo player. it was a dirty tackle that could have maimed the poor guy. so i don't understand and cannot comprehend the hypocrisy shown.. machiam it's ok for beckham to be nasty but you cannot be nasty to beckham. this has happened many times before.. against a sturm graz player.. and against both redknapp and gerrard during a match some seasons ago.. and the thing is, beckham never got punished or sent off for these...

Anyway the only reason why england is so overrated in singapore is because of the fact the so many people are watching the epl locally. The television also broadcasts EPL more often in part of Asia..why??i dnt know mayb because they were colonized by the british in the past?
