MISOPROSTOL AND BREASTFEEDING
Question:
HI I'm having an abortion with pill, i took mifeprestone friday
morning, and 4 misoprostol yesterday (intravaginal) I also have a 7
month old baby, i want breastfeed him, but i don't know how safe it
is. I read in the internet that it'll take 24 hour in my body, but i
didn't pump yesterday, i don't know if the misoprostol is still in my
milk. doctor that is attending me, is busy and he'll call me wed. i
don't wanna wait till wed. to nursing my baby. Pleas if you
something about how safe it'll be. let me know. I'll be apreciate it.

breastfeeding is avoided for 14 days after this medicine is
administered. Seek medical advice from your doctor. Certain
medicines should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
However, other medicines may be safely used in pregnancy or
