Question:

Nine days ago I was
cutting landscape timbers with a chopsaw.( I think the real name is a
miter saw ) I was knelt down beside it and I went to repostion myself
or something and I ran my knee into it. It caught the inner side of my
leg and the very top of my knee. it looked like it hit the knee cap on
the top inner side and took a chunk of meat out. about an inch long
and a little wider than a fat pencil. It did not hurt at the time just
stung bad, it didn't bleed much either. The last 3 days seems like it
is swelling and it is now hurting. I got a pescription of amoxicillen
2 days after. My daughter and a few other friends said I should worry
about bone infection. Can anyone tell me the signs of bone infection.
I was laid-off from my job of 15 years, 2 months ago, and with no
insurance, I didn't go to the Dr. I thought it would be alright, but
the bone infection thing has me worried. Everyone says it is bad.
