Question:

our male Kai is refusing to walk on his back leg, he pulled something in that leg last week and has been resting, and was getting back to his normal self but last night he started limping bad again and today he will not walk on it at all. He looks so sad!! So we are off to the vets in an hour on emergency. thank god i know the vetinary assistant or we'd have had to wait til monday!!!

Well we are just back from the Vets, he spent a lot of time with Kai, mainly around his heart (I wanted to cry at that point) was a very thorough examination!! But as suspected, Kai has pulled muscles in BOTH back legs so he is now on anti-inflammitries (sp) for a week and he is under strict orders to rest for 2 weeks then slowly build his excersise up from there. The poor lil thing. So we bought him a sausage from the chippy on way home for his first tablets
