Urgent Foster Help Needed!

I have a dog with me that I need someone to adopt or foster. This dog was found at a constuction site in SengKang. She didn't really have a shelter when it was raining heavily there.. and it had been raining heavily for days so I took her home and it has been with me since then. The dog's probably under a year (she's dropping and growing teeth). I cant keep the dog my mother doesnt allow. She wants me to PUT HER BACK FROM WHERE SHE COMES FROM!
