Would like to stress that I received this email from an avid dog lover BUT I can't verify the accuracy of the information. Still, I think it should be highlighted, just in case.

Just to share a very bad experience to all dog lovers out there. Beware of this lady by the name of Jacqueline who provide boarding for dogs at $8/day. Her address is 118 Joo Chiat Place off Mangis Road, mobile no. is 91830888. Her ad can be found on yahoo classified, Pet Services(attached below). Ad seems like a good deal. She speaks good english, looks normal, can be mistaken as a dog lover in fact.
I send my 2 bubbly and healthy dogs for boarding at her place for 5 days(BIG MISTAKE). It was a total DISASTER. When I pick my dogs up, Jacqueline did not hand the dogs over personally, it was her maid who brought the dogs out of the house. The minute I carry my dogs, I noticed this strong rotten smell coming out from both their mouths. I opened their mouth and found that their tongue was so dry that I could see slight crack. It is oblivious that my dogs were not given water at the boarding house. While I was checking my dog, the maid told me that she found one of them with injuries on its muzzle out of the blue. She claimed that she doesn't know what happen. When I saw the wound, I knew something was wrong. I brought it to the vet and it was confirmed that a rope was tied to his muzzle that had cut into his flesh. Please see the photos below to witness this cruel act.
When I reached home, my dogs finished a big bowl of water each and slept. Not like their usual self, not playing with balls, not seeking for attention, not eating or chewing on bones. It breaks a owner's heart to see their dogs feeling this down after she just got back from her holidays.
I tried calling Jacqueline to get an explanation on what exactly happen but she did not pick up my call. I send her an sms telling her about my displeasure with the treatment of my dogs, which was totally inhumane. All I got back hours later was, "she did not know what haapen and is willing to give me a refund"...
I think what my dogs had gone through is more than what a refund can do. I urged all dog owners out there to be careful with choosing a reputable boarding house. Please do not allow these psychos to have a chance of torturing your precious pooches.
