Xiong xiong died this morning around 8am. He was born in may 2003.
Yesterday I bought him some pineapple rabbit biscuits and came home.. exctied to let him try.. but he refused to eat it. Mum and i thought he was full cuz he apparently just ran back into the cage and gorging himself.. but I took a strawberry drop.. he normally cant resist that.. but he took half a bite and stopped eating. Normally he gets excited even when he sniffs the smell of it and starts hoping around..
that was around 6pm.. around 10pm i came down and he was still lying down.. his paws propping his chin.. lying on the side of the cage where his faeces was... clapped my hand... no reaction.. open the cage no readction.. put food in front of him.. no reaction.. let him sniff my hand.. no reaction.. like he cannot smell anything at all...
Later told my sisters and they came down.. they also sense something wrong.. so sudden.
This morning my eldest sis woke me up crying saying xiongxiong died.. its all so sudden. My mum wanted to bring him back to the vet after coming back from the market.. but he was already passed away lying sideways inside the cage... *sob*
My sister think the only reason why he held on so long was so that he could see my mum for one last time cuz my mum is the one who take of him the most.. so he held on till this morning.. till my mum and dad came down .. then aftre they go market.. he finally passed away. =(
really feel very sad.. this sucks..
