always folks there every weekend morning.
but your dog needs to pass a simple temperament test before you will be allowed to bring your dog in. this is only conducted on Sunday mornings and it costs 10 bucks for the test. after that the entry is free

near mac cafe but not there. there is a fenced up area they call "dog run park" its opposite those container cranes. no vehicle v hard to get there. A big space where the owners let their dogs run free. Usually sunday afternoons but i am not exactly sure of the timing.

i used to bring my doggie to the bishan park dog run... however there was one occasion that my doggie came back with fleas!
It's so irresponsible of the dog owner whose dog has fleas to allow the dog to run with other dogs before clearin up the fleas probelm.... So now i never go liao...
