and i noe... we human cannot touch them within 21 days,,, but y the mother and father eat them...? shld i sperate them`? but then.... the babies onli 2 to 3 days nia~ they need mother to surpport them milk..wat shld i do~??

cause u must separate the father and the mother...
leave the mother wif the babies.
then she wont eat them.
i did it tat way...mine still alive...7 lively little hamsters...growing strong and healthy. =)

!) either parents dun recongnise the children as their own but thot them as invaders that's why its important not to touch the newborn babies (scent because the babies do not have fur yet)
2) if the mothers eats the babie scould be because of the litter is too big for the mama to handle - if the mama keep eating the babies you culd get a newly mother hmasters who just gave birth to adpot them in the case the mama is dead or etc .
suggestion : give the mama some scambled egg , chicken meat some high protein food tho abd yiu can sepearte out the papa hamsterz tho i din do it in my case because mine take cares of the babies as well
hmm 21 days ar ? i been touchin my babies hamsterz right from their birth heee :p but recently i've been feeding them cheese spread as well tho from when they were 2 wks old .. How many of the babies have you had left and how many have been eaten wor ? I had 5 none eaten tho now they're 3 wks old heee little furballs

Hmm heard some breed of papa hamsterz like robo takes care of their young Mine is mixed between syrain and drwaf and tehy get on real well tried seperating them but apprently they hates being seperated .... haiz bo bianz breedin machines liaoz but luckily got the youngs accompany them

Oh yeah nearly forgotten do you know that a hamster mama will eat teh corspe of the young as well so even if the baby is dead its alright not to touch the corpse and i menat only the newly-borned babies and Hamster mothers eat their babies mainly when the babies are ill or injured and the mother know they won't be able to survive. They don't do this because of hate, just because of caution.
