Answers: grated fontina cheese grated parmesan cheese plus a little of mozarella to make it real cheeeeeeesy Answers: I think it would be : Cheddar cheese , milk , mozarella cheese ( stretchy ), parmesan cheese for tops Answers: no mozzerella cheese... it's not suitable for it.... emmental cheese is the ones that you gotta use... it's the same cheese you'd use for cheese fondue too!!!mix all three together let it melt than add a little bit of chicken broth or milk(to be extra creamy)than add your macaroni... remember gotta be quick otherwise your cheese will burn, or it'll get really hard. if you want it a little spicy, just add tabasco into the cheese when it's melting... Answers: Huh ? No mozzerella !!! I love mozzerella for the extra stretchy feel to the texture. Answers: I love cheesy stuff... Kenny Roger macaroni cheese is nice... But it depend which outlet is it from... Some outlet don't taste that good as the others... Answers: you see... if you mix mozzeralla to the other cheese, the qualities of mozzeralla is gone... cheese if you let it cool abit can become stretchy already... just that it's not so nice la... mac and cheese... not stretchy, see what i mean... Answers: So what are the cheese that needed? Cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese for tops, emmental cheese = same cheese you'd use for cheese fondue? got the exact recipe instead? Answers: haha i don't use exact recipes, i used the method of agaration.
