Answer: calf muscles i think. skip too much calves will be thick one leh. i try to skip at least 100-150 times a day. cos i really need to increase my metabolism rate. doesnt help if i laze arnd daily. 500 a lot leh, christopher lee only skip 300 a day. Answer: are u sure? i thought he skips 45 mins a day... Answer: lol yer a riot man... Answer: It really depends on your intensity.. but the calf muscle won't show so fast and also it will be lean instead. unless you take in some supplement.. and also, skipping helps to increase agility and stamina it's a good sport not to be missed..
