member even more pain mahz haha.. take it as a necessity

Answer:

I usually make protein smoothie 2 hrs before I go to gym...and drink it 1 hr b4 I do the workout.
ANd after I work out, first up a banana and some almonds...coz it will replace some lost minerals and Vitamin E in the nuts will help replenish the some of the muscle strength.
After that, I usually eat salmon with veggie, rice and fruits or I will make a tuna-tomato-cheese-lettuce sandwich with some fruits and milo and water by the side.
Quite a meal- but when comes to reloading, I tell you, it won't last beyond 3-4 hrs.
