views? Answer: views? Answer: Standing Broad jump lor... Onli coz I suck at it! Answer: Actually all are quite relevant.. the hardest to train is 2.4 leh.. Answer: standing broad jump.. Answer: i use to hate standing broad jump..still hate it Answer: sometimes is a matter or technique.. Answer: all stations are relevant.. there's no redundant station.. chin ups measure your upper body power/strength, sit ups your abdominal strength, sbj your lower body power/strength, 2.4km run your endurance, shuttle run your reflex and speed... Answer: what about sit reach? tests your flexibility? Answer: IPPT dun have Sit & reach.Only NAFA have it.. Answer: yeah... lucky taken out.. if not i sure fail one.. Answer: if your realise.. sit and reach from the napfa test is pretty redundant.. that's why they didn't include it for ippt. Answer: yea. during nafa days i wished that sit and reach to be taken out.. been failin that all along.. Answer: i find sit up redundant but only because everyone i see can reach 40. Such a waste of time for us. Answer: SBJ la...jump 10 times...10 time oso 225 only....haha... Answer: I USED TO USED TO clear them in zero effort .. so it doesnt really bother me .. I think is doesnt really bother me now .. cos no more IPPT for me .. hahaha Answer: how do you do that? lie in ur coffin? even sleepings needs effort -.-" Answer: get rid of that stupid SBJ !!! Answer: Nah. Running can easily train..either threadmill or track oso can. You tall or short doesn't make a diff...coz it's all about proper technique. If u use proper technique, you can run longer w/o wasting energy and getting breathless. As for SBJ, sumtimes pple with long legs can jump reali gd...even if they r unfit at 1st place. People who hv short stumpy legs or short need to put in a lot of effort into technique n oso use a lot of energy. Answer: For gers or for boys? Sit-ups r easy once u hv a strong core...sit-ups uses the core a lot...abs r onli part of it, haha..if u hv no back..then at most u can onli do 30 plus. Answer: chin-up - for climbing trees to pluck coconuts SBJ - to jump over the muddy footpath so u wun dirty yr boots sit-ups - to faster wake up from your nap when sargeant coming shuttle run - to be 1st to get night snack 2.4km - run faster to bookout see gf hmmmm.. all seems pretty relevant to me...
