Question:
How do I train my upper chest?
How do I train my lower chest?
With free weights.

Normal push ups for upper
Dips for lower
Close hand for inner
wide hand for outer
Do some Chest squeezing also can

Chest squeezing isnt those squeezing using hands in ktvs.. But if u going to squeeze others , muz jio me go also..
Place both ur hands infront of ur chest.. Push against each other to stress ur chest muscles.. indirectly u also stress ur biceps muscles also..

Answer:

-Do benchpress by using either barbell or dumb-bells to work out your chest muscles.
-Do fly using dumb-bells to widen your chest
-Do pullover using a heavier dumb-bell to lift up your chest muscles so they wun sag
-For upper chest do benchpress seating on a 70 degree inclined bench provided in the gym for best results.
-For inner chest (cleavage) move both hands nearer to the centre of the bar when doing benchpress.
Thats it for basic chest muscles workout Hope u enjoy it.

your r recommand to do FREE weight .. with bar/dumb bells
upper - incline bench press
center - normal bench press
lower - decline bench press
mid sector - 'butterfly' machine
of course u must SHOCK your body with enought calories before you can grow from
A to B to C cup ..
