need advice on body image
Question:
i been training for abt 1/2 yr alr and i realise my one side of my chest, near the nipple there, sunken in where else the other side is normal. could it be the cause of the weights i do during benchpress or those chest area excercise? i dont feel any pain on that particular area during benchpress or anything but i was wondering if this problem can be solved. thanks
