Mostly its incorrect posture n strain on ur back...shoulder mostly is the ligament wear n tear... Answer: Omg i thought thats oni for diarrhoea Answer: nope...cos they may have to check ur spinal cord....mayb only la... Answer: Like pple here said, see a doctor that specialises in back, & back problems. Usually back pain is due to two things: posture and the way u use the back. Anyway to avoid/reduce back pain, always train ur core muscles. A simple 3-4kg medicine ball and a yoga mat is enuff for you to do 2-3 core exercises everyday at home. Weights isn't tat important because the med ball uses the muscles more than u can imagine. Answer: i got backpain recently too...dnoe is it sitting posture wrong or wad... ydae i was trying to bend my body alittle forward...den the nerves or wadsoever on my back juz pulled . . . painful sia...hav tis backpain only when i started working in the office.... Answer: i'm very prone to back pains cause i hurt it before. went to see a doc and gave me some medicine. well, the pain did went away pretty soon after the medication. but sometimes once in awhile(a few months once?) the pain does comes back, and i'll take the medicine he gave me. heh. Answer: im also prone to back pain..my mum told me is because of my sitting posture. Answer: I've had this back pain and joint pain (lower limbs) for quite a few. The back was from a few years back and the joints only really worsened recently. (out of the normal once in a while pain) So I went to see an orthopedic consultant, and guess what, my x-ray showed a very clear crack in my spine. Well according to my specialist, I cracked my spine at least 5 years ago. All this while before consulting the specialist, the pain was just a little numbing-niggling. It comes on after walking too long, in abit too upright posture, and quickly goes away with abit of rest and side-truck stretches. Therefore I seriously never ever expected a crack in my spine, but now that I know, have to take alot more care about it, cause the crack my get deeper and deeper and blah blah blah. For the joints, it could also be your muscles, and not so much of your bones/knees/ankles. Stretching alot would help IF it was due to you muscles that you're getting the pain. Answer: Ouch, Sean. Ouch. For mi, ah. I used to hv some back strains after carrying too much stuff during sec sch...so when I bend dwn for a while, I get those slight pains. But after I correct my posture(I slouch too foward too much) n then after I train my core muscles...I much better now. Luckily I dun hv a history of back injuries yet... Still my method which i said earlier a long time ago still works.... for those who don't hv a serious back injury before! If you have realli bad cronic pain, then see a doc n get an xray done asap. And as for training ur back after an operation or whatever, ask for his advice and a prog frm him before proceeding. Answer: I've this pain on my right side of the upper back for dunno since sec 3. Used to it le lah. But sometimes can get dam annoying. Its like a dam sore feeling. Normally when i wake up, maybe because i always sleep on my right. And my mattress sucks. Not spring one. ); Another one is my lower back. When i stand too long it'll become dam dam dam pain. But that's the extreme, means i do alot of strenous stuff den it'll come. But it'll be those lingering pain, not exactly acute. Shit lah. I need backmassage. Hahaha. Answer: I always suffer frm backpain for e past 1 year..Sumtimes when e pain is unbearable i wil go 4 e chinese massage 'tui na'..It does help but onli for awhile.. Answer: lack of night gym, i reckon. Answer: my case of back pain. doc told me that my spine a bit curl than the usual ppl one. but the main problem is i didn't work my back muscles so my spine is relying a lot on itself. that causes the back pain. Ever since i work on my core and back muscles, the back pain just go away. Streching helps a lot! Those stretches my physio taught me is very useful though i only go for less than 4 sessions.
pls gimi some tips pls!
