need advise
Question:

Answer: prison lifestyle training.... Answer: Ur right- its nt advisable to do weights n cardio training on same day. Ur body nds rest if ur doing weights- u need 2 rest e body for at least 12 hrs after every wght workout before doing sum jogging or swimming. For me rite, I do my weights on tues, thurs n sat. My swimming n jogging is usually on odd days, excluding sun & mon. But if u wanna do jogging on same day as wghts, then do it b4 u do wghts. A threadmill in gym is gd enuff..20 mins of jogging on threadmill gd enuff as warm up. After tat, u can do wghts. Answer: prob is tat if ur vy unfit when u go into NS, 2 things will happen: 1) U need to go in earlier...IPPT training so tat u can get gold or silver. So u lose ur freedom earlier. 2) U struggle in the early mths of BMT. all my frends said NS si bei siong- u nd lots of endurance, determination n lots of guts. if u go in unprepared, prepare to get really sick n tired in there. one of my cousins waz vy unfit when he went in 2002, kena BMT training & in e end, almost every wk come bk home sick with flu or colds. In e end, commander see him cannot make it, so he became clerk. u wan tat to happen to u? Answer: his workout schedule is also good...if he dun wanna build big big muscles...build up endurance n juz keep fit...why nt everytime u jog add in pull ups n push ups...have a good diet tt shall do it...do 50 pull ups n 200 push ups...slowly increase it Answer: wow lau become clerk is like shi jie mo ri like shit lor ppl there fighting in war u there type type type like ah gua lor real man should not end up there
