Setting up a home gym/ buying weights..

u can get it @ sportslink...
gym equiptment albi lor.. else u want others like cybex etc u need to get catelogues or thru website, i dunnoe where their showroom is..

no use one la...unless you have a back yard in your house and big enough to store all those machines. A Must have is a smith or bench press with olympic bar coz only that can out on alot of weight without bending the bar.
?No use getting those "universal" machine coz machine can only isolate muscles and cannot develop those stablising muscles.

The best is still buy free weights like dumbbells n barbells(wif weights obviously) n a workout bench. And then get one of those mags on exercise frm librarys n bookshops..
Like clockwise said, those gym machines r no use.
