yeah, i had. sit up, crunches and other abs exercises religiously everyday(super free in army). now they are 4 pacs, and its only because im too thin. the other 2 are somewhat faded.

my guy friend once told me its hard to get a 6 pack. but once you have it its hard to lose it. you can start by doing 50 sit ups when you wake and before you slp? the rest i dunno, thats all i heard frm him. hahaz.

depends on what u think of as "hard to lose"... start slacking and stop all forms of exercise, etc...it's easy.

sit ups isn't the key. the key is running/jogging.

from what i know, running/jogging , among other aerobics burn energy = fat. and when u get rid of the layers of fats, ur abs beneath the layers of fats gets its due exposure.
and then comes the toning procedure(working on the abs).
for me, im already slim to begin with...

Old story frm me....but u need two pronged attack to get the 6 pac- or even 8 pac as said by Men's Health.
1. Do the normal ab crunches & sit ups.
2. Train ur core- upper back, lower back and buttocks and hamstrings. They stablise your whole body. U cant have a strong front w/o a strong back.
3. Eat less oily fatty foods. Simple. U can do as much ab crunches as u wan- but as long as you eat more calories than u can burn during exercise, it simply won't work.
And abs take a while to show...u muz stick to it 4 a long time. Patience is e key, always.

i used to have 6 pac.. Doing sit-ups crunches and terrible cough ( cough for almost 6 fcuking months)
Den quite visible already start to slack down and take in junk food.. for 2 months the cutting almost faded all away.. Haixx now still trying to train back all over again.. :o Must follow strict training discipline & strict diet..

it's a common sight in schools.. basketball courts and football fields. are you schooling now? if not then it's a good motivation for you to get back to schooling.

if u can see ur rib cage.. n u r doing ur crunches.. u will definetely see ur 6 durian seeds
