the gym in my camp. Big and very little ppl.
This is my training workout program.
Monday - triceps/ chest
Tues - rest
Wed - Biceps/ Shoulder
Thurs - rest
Fri - Back/ Legs
Sat/Sun- rest
Spend about 1.5 hrs each time in gym. normally do 5 sets of 10-12 reps for each excercise.
If wanna bulk, i will do extremely heavy weights with low reps.

its good that you take a break during your workout days... even better is the face thay you do different muscle groups on each day.. more effective.. It's no poin going to the gym everyday or ever 3 times a week fi you are gonna work the same muscle group.. You will be come overworked and not gain anything.. think of this logic.. you like cutting your hair, would it help if you cut yer hair 3 times a week?

YTSE has a good wk out program ..
Duration is just right and he is wking on a major and minor muscle at a time .. but streching .. warm up and cool down should neber be neglected
And muscles grow not when u are wking out but rather when u are resting .. therefore it is veri common for bodybuilder to drink protein shake b4 sleeping.
Wking out everyday is also not a problem, but u only concentrate one part and a time. But remember not to do the same muscles group the next day.
Other than those muscles group .. There are still .. the LAT (wings), Abs , neck(shoulder), forearms , fingers.

SUN : REST
MON : CHEST , BICEPS , abs -- heavy wts
TUE : BACK, TRICEPS -- heavy wts
WED : REST
THURS : SHOULDERS , LEGS , abs -- heavy wts
FRI : BACK , Biceps or triceps ( alt weeks) -- light wts/shaping
SAT : REST
3 types of excercies for each body part
doing 4 sets 8-10 reps for compound exercises and 3 sets 12 reps for small muscles like biceps and triceps.
hoping to gain more mass currently going heavy on most days and fri abit of shaping . any bb can giv comments on my workout? so i can tweak the program a little.
oh ya taking nitro-tech protien 80 g( 8 scoops- 4 before workout in the morning 4 after work out) on workout days and abt 40g ( 2 scoops during the day) on non-workout days.

Monday - Bicep N Triceps

Friday - Shoulders n Chest
Saturdae - Back, Traps, Lats n Abs

hmmm hows your gains so far? from wad i can see , u rest one day nia.. your body needs more rest to grow effectively. btw er.. biceps and triceps u chiong 2gether? hmm normally i think best is one big muscle grp and 1 small muscle grp and call it a day liao. thats my opinion bro =P anyway i can drop by at yck gym too need kaki to train with =)
