i dont know know what supplement is there that suits me.. and what type of exercise to do i wanna train for chin ups. anybody got good suggestions?

Actually u don't really need to take supplement.. unless your really going to build up your body & be a body builder.. supplement is just to boost your rate of building. Take my advice. if your looking for a nice ripped body, don't take supplement unless your going for SIZE. Just watch your diet. You have to really watch on your diet & restrict yourself from taking too much fatty foods and titbits.
If your built is small & your shy to go to the gym. Then do everything at home or at your nearby fitness corner. Start out by building your strength & stamina. Basic strength building i myself started out is doiing push ups & do light weights bicep curls (About 20 - 30 or maybe 50 repetitions. It depends on how heavy the weight is.) Do about 3 - 4 sets. Don't strain your arms by doing more. Its either u'll get a sharp pain later on, or worst, muscle tear. lol. Anyway, you can't see results in a day. if you have determination & passion, im sure in 1 mth's time you'll see some results. =] Ok back to the topic. Now on stamina. =D im sure everyone knows how to build up their stamina. the very basic is jogging. & that helps alot in slimming down, getting your desired ABs blah blah blah.... other then that swimming is one of the best in shaping your body as well as STRENGTH n STAMINA. EVERYTHING. thats the good thing about it.

Few Suggestion For You In Training.
1) Bicep - Use dumbbells. You should know. lol
2) Triceps - if u duno.. hmm.. Hold a dumbbell, lift it straight up in the air using one hand. Adjust your dumbbell so that the side of it is facing the front. Now put your elbow as close as possible to ur ear, then bend ur arms 90 degrees down slowly. then back up to ur previous position. keep repeating. thats all.
About training chest.. biceps.. triceps.. & shoulder together.. Only way, push ups.. actually push up is the best.. theres alot of ways in doing push ups. go find out in the net. its really damn good for shaping up evenly.
Talk about evenly built body, you have to really do your training carefully, and watch yourself doing it if you have a mirror, not to do it unevenly. theres already alot of cases about ppl having unproportionate hands legs ABS shlder.. lol..
Last but not least, an answer to your chin up problems.. Do all the above thrice a week.. im sure chin up shouldn't be a problem at the end of your training.. *^_^*

Prince, what's your actual goal? To gain mass or to cut? You can't cut and gain mass at the same time, if you think you can, perhaps u can tell me how???
Simplecloud is perhaps overtraining but then, since you're a Certified Trainer, i believe you should know how to train and how to get the required nutrients so just watch out on your own.
KeigoGuy, what you have said are very informative and is extremely useful for those ppl who wants to work out at home. But i have to disagree with what you said about taking of supplements. Its true that taking PROTEIN supplements will increase your muscle size because when you work out, your muscle requires the protein to grow, and it grew not becoz the Protein stimulate it but rather it feeds on it. Just as the way human grows, we eat therefore we grow.
When you say by not taking supplements and train, you will not get big but get ripped, that's wrong. By not giving what your body needs, sooner or later, your muscles will be catabolized and of coz you wont get big. You will get ripped or rather lean or slim is becoz your muscles got catabolized and fats got burn. That's why. That's part of the reason why skinny ppl tend to have their abs shown so visibly. Coz they have not much muscles....
I'm not here to pin point you guys but rather to pour out my views, feel free to say out your views too.
And one tip for those who wish to gain muscle, while doing any exercise, DO IT SLOW AND FOCUS ON THE MUSCLE. No point lifting the weight just for the sake of number of reps that you seen on the magazine which says that you do that num of reps in this num of sets and you will have that kind of bod.

Thats not what i meant.. by not consuming supplement you will not be big in size n be ripped.. lol.. i think you misunderstood my meaning.. my main point is that there isn't really a need for us to take supplement to have our desired body.. & im sure peeps here just want to shape,ripped their bods & have a nice 6 pegs as well as grow abit in size.. yeah ?? if this is all you want.. there isnt a need to waste your dough on supplement, & its way too expensive if your still studying. Alternative choice is if you have the money & want to shape your body real fast. 1st thing 1st - plan your diet (Damn important). & next get your supple. =] supplement is just to aid you in faster growth and the side effect you get if u slack, is faster de-growth. Conclusion: train without supplement. much healthier. No offense to people who take supplement yah. ~chill~

Manage to gain 4kg from 56 - 60.
Now resting week. Diet still at 3000kcals or more ..
Abit lazy to calculate cos no eggs and chicken breast meat .. lolx
Body Type : Ecto
Objective : Gain Mass to 65-70 and start to cut again ..
Supplement : ON whey, creatine, flax seed oil, multi Vit. (might stack on Nitros and Swole V2 on next 8 weeks)
3 days / week as follows
4 sets including warm up, heavy weights with 6-10reps, slow and obtain 'squeeze' effect
Day1 Chest / biceps
BB bench Press
BB incline Press
BB smith decline press
DB Flyes
Biceps - ani 2 exercise
2 sets * 8 reps (very heavy)
1 set * fatique (light)
Day2 Shoulder / triceps
Front plate raise
BB Push Press front/ back
Shoulder shrugs
Upright BB row
tricpes - same as biceps
Day3 Legs / backs / lats
Squats
Dead lift
Standing calf raise (smith)
Might include some machines
LAts pull down
BB bend over row
and few more exercise .. I dono the name lolx
*Abs anitime when I am free at home*

Currently 24, NSF and single .. Got too much free time .. So why not get into some shape i mean ..
And also other than swimming / beach vball / soccer once in a blue moon. Hitting the weights would consider a sports that I frequent most bah ..
Passion ? Cant be sure .. but the results defintely spurs me to eat more , lift heavy and sleep well .. haha
NOT into bodybuilding .. it freaks mi out as well .. hehe
Not sure what will happen if i start to work in 2 months time .. But then I will try to hit the gym .. at LEAST 2 times a week .. just to maintain wat I hv gain ..

Can u actually recover so fast on wed from monday training ?
For mi .. I train chest on monday. shoulder on wed.
On wed .. i still can feel ache around mi chest area ...
Sometimes if it really hurts , I would do a little change in mine schdule ..
Train legs and back on wed and should on the fri/sat , just to ensure I fully recover before tiring them out again ..
If u wana gain some mass why not take up with mine training style ?

thats the very basic law of training you need to know. Focus, See yourself do, Concentrate on the part of the muscle your training, about the do slow.. theres alternate ways. you can do fast also. but not as in very fast.. at a slightly faster rate. => & don't carry damn heavy weights which you think u can but u can't, & by doing that you put a strain on ur muscles. i remember theres was once i see a average built guy. doing 80kg - 100kg+ bench press.. from the way u see him do its as if his shit is going to burst out from his ass anytime. & all the bodybuilder was laughing away. * and yah , when u carry heavy wgts which u can't control, theres a possibility that you will train unproportionately.

No.1: You save your doughs , No.2: im sure you have your desired body size?? -_^ Unless you want more mass & a faster growth in muscles i don't find any other need. I will feel the ache only on the 2nd day.. I always do those super sets to save more time...Maybe thats the reason why i didnt stress that particular muscles long enuff.. Skinny pp dun haf to build their abs.. No need to flex muscles also gt 6 packs..

not really true.. its either skinny ppl train to get the 6 pegs or just a flat stomach.. 6 pegs don't just come out like that when ur skinny. just that skinny ppl have lesser fats on their stomach so their pegs is more easier to train. hehe.. the good thing abt skinny ppl is that pegs is easier to train. but when it comes to chest n arms *^_^* its won't be really nice.

I been on/off for gym for 1-2 yrs but cant see much results
So i decided to go all out this round with proper diet / consistent training and enough sleep ..
Note that my training is only heavy with low reps .
Not into any training style. like HIIT, or volume or MAX ... correct mi if i am wrong .. cos i know nuts yet ..
Aniway I hv stop taking creatine already. Due to cycle and results
Cos pple around mi actually says I become bigger after my first phrase of training.
Whey proteins .. I spend around a tub , $70+ per month is still okie with me. Cos If u eat like I do ... Is really hard to get all the calculated nutritions throughout the day.
OH.. Aniway I got a journal in ogk , long time neber update ,.. too lazy
Vit C and E and multi vitamin - Been taking all these while in poly.
So no harm actually ..
Flax seed oil .. U need GOOD oil or EFAs to gain weight as well as lose weight too ... $25 / month .. still fine with me. lol
And also I eat some plain , sick , steam , boil stuff which freaks my family members out. The only oil I get is from peanut butter, flax seed and fish oil
Melatonin - to give mi good nite sleep ..
Actually mine parents and relatives supports mi .. to eat more to be exact.
They actaully buy eggs, bread, oatmeal, milk, chicken breast ,tuna for mi ..
IF not I think I cant survive with the pathetic NSF pay .. Cheers!
