Question:
Hey guys need ur advice here.
Im trying to have a toned body..but unsure of what starting exercise routine i should have? like running, push up, sit up and all this?
What do u guys suggest i should do every week? Like how much of what kind of exercise would be good?
174cm 63kg.
im not fat nor skinny. Just wanna have a toner body.

if its just toned, maybe can try doing cardio exercises twice a week and go to a gym twice a week.
When you go to a gym, do some workout with light - moderate weights.
For example,
Bench press 3 x 8-12
Lying Dumbbell Pullover 3 x 8-10
Shoulder press 3 x 8-10
--Superset--
Upright row 2 x 8-10
Lateral Raise 2x 8-10
--Superset--
Pullups 3 x 10-15
Standing Bent over one arm dumbbell triceps extension 3 x 8-10
Preacher Bicep curl 3 x 8-10
