Or u get a whey protein , find a blender. I give u my home made gainer ..
1 scoop protein
2 scoop Anlene milk
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbs peanut butter
1 banana
1 tbs good oil (canola,flax seed or olive)
the above should give u a good amount of calories and the respective proteins,carbs,fat.
IF u r lazy ... take a look at this

weight gainers are really not worth the money, one mega scoop of theirs can only last u not more than 1 week.
And if you take much lesser, the protein content is like the content of milo, so might as well save up the money.
You want to get big? Whack bananas, pasta, rice, carbohydrates...and proteins, IMO, whack everything. Although graveyard promotes clean food, but i think clean food is great but just to get more mass faster, any how whack, but still stay away from chocolates, sugared drinks and sweets.

weight gainer is nothing but a sugar drink.. if u read the label carefully, one scoop will contain more than 20g of sugar. Pleease... people. if u want to increase your mass, use natural food like potato, cheest instead of throwing good money into those weight gainers.
