just some question on the reps u do.... for me i do 12,10,8reps for every exerise.... decrease reps at the same time increase a bit of weight.... that's what my friend ask me to do.... i dun know it is effectively or not.... seek for some comments for this... haha... anyone doing gym at tpy sports hall?

same...12,10,8 with increasing weights
but for me i do 1 last set until failure too
