i just finished my ippt 2 days ago...and is still feeling 'it'

damn ! i think i haven't been exercising for long...that's why i'm still aching all over.
my arm (the part where u used for pull ups), my thigh...my stomach...grr ! or could it be because i've not had sex for a month already ? hmm...guys advise pls ! also, how do i improve my running manz ?

Power Run. Sprint In Circles. Train back your body endurance.

lol. keep running, then your stamina will increase and it'll be easier for you to run. it increases your endurance and you won't feel so bad.
have you ever realised that suddenly running like 4 rounds of a track can be horribly tiring if you havent exercised in a long time? Try running 4 rounds again the next day, it won't be so bad.
