Answer: lol. keep running, then your stamina will increase and it'll be easier for you to run. it increases your endurance and you won't feel so bad. have you ever realised that suddenly running like 4 rounds of a track can be horribly tiring if you havent exercised in a long time? Try running 4 rounds again the next day, it won't be so bad. Answer: okay. this must be a very old thread. Answer: cool down properly. i think it reallie helps. do all ur stretchings Answer: interval training works
