100 plus and Gatorate. actually all those drinks that replenish your energy. If you wanna save cash. DRINK WATER. thats the best. lol

if lets say eudurance de, running jogging ..etc
take 100 plus to replenish your salt content..
if ya into weight taking
try taking NLarge from nature farm,
take within first half an hour,
bcoz thats when ur muscles super desperate for protein,
take liao muscle will grow..

anyway, plain water is still the best...no harm drinking more..
NLarge is good for mass as it contains high carboh stuff...but its better to take more whey protein after a work out....to supply your body with "muscle food"....

100 plus is also a like a sweet drink but slightly better than coke...
it can helps to replenish the body salt you have lost while you exercise...but taking lotsa sweet food or drinks with or without exercise will make you fat
