Fruits contains frutose .. A very sweet sugar. 2 servings is enough for those who want to slim down .. And only APPLE is recommanded . . . Answer: lol... ultra long nv post stuff on health/losing wt etc liao... cos noone seems to listen... yup the proper name for the "glucose in fruits" is fructose... its basically a form of sugar found naturally in fruits... and proper timing for last meal should be around 7... and not 10... eating at 10 is almost like supper time no? unless u're one of those ppl who wake up at 11am and sleep at 3am daily drink lotsa water too Answer: but to some, drink lotsa water will becum "swollen" very easily 1? Answer: everyday let me punch your stomache one time, do it for 1 month sure slim down... k la k la joke aside, to slim down your fat tummy... do situp, dun eat icecream, chocolate(i noe u like to eat), or snacks.. and most importantly dun drink thoes pepsi or coke drink.. eat abt 2 meals per day. Answer: u mean bloated feeling or water retention? if u regularly drink lotsa water u shouldnt experience much water retention... in fact the less u drink the more u retain Answer: my school used to do abt 600-800crunches every pe lessons lor...which take ard 40mins? Answer: Eat alot of meat...maybe will help.....
