If u manage to stop eating the above for 1 week .. u had already slim down a little

our body metalbolism slows down after 8pm . . . And for those who want to slim down.
it is recommand not to eat ani carbohydrates for dinner.
e.g. no rice , bread or noodles ..
eat only meat (chicken or fish) with lots of veggies ..
Fruits contains frutose .. A very sweet sugar.
2 servings is enough for those who want to slim down ..
And only APPLE is recommanded . . .

yup the proper name for the "glucose in fruits" is fructose...
its basically a form of sugar found naturally in fruits...
and proper timing for last meal should be around 7... and not 10... eating at 10 is almost like supper time no?
unless u're one of those ppl who wake up at 11am and sleep at 3am daily

everyday let me punch your stomache one time, do it for 1 month sure slim down... k la k la joke aside, to slim down your fat tummy... do situp, dun eat icecream, chocolate(i noe u like to eat), or snacks.. and most importantly dun drink thoes pepsi or coke drink.. eat abt 2 meals per day.

if u regularly drink lotsa water u shouldnt experience much water retention... in fact the less u drink the more u retain
