I Want a Toned Stomach, How do I get it?

I want my stomach to be more toned. And ideas on how to do it? How abt just doing a certain amount of sit ups/crunches a day? Has anyone tried and succeeded? Do till your limit (max repetitions in each set of sit ups.) --> Do crunches for your upper ABs. ---> For your lower abs its quite hard. but refer to what i type out: ---> Follow this : Lie flat on the floor. ur hands close to your sides, palms facing down on the floor. Then. use ur ABs strength to lift your legs up to the maximum, slightly more den 90 degrees. about 100 degree till you feel your ABs being squeezed. den slowly lower your legs. keep repeating. =] Do till your limit. Continue this every alternate day. like monday wed fri sun. =] ** if you have alot of fats on your stomach. try to get rid of it by jogging. Answer: for ur lower abs......r u just suppose to lift ur legs? i dont get it when u say use ur ABS strength... Answer: When u lift ur legs, use the nearest point to ur abs and not end point (toe) Juz like dumbell curl or barbell curl, not only concentrate on the movement..U muz make sure that the strength used to lift the barbell comes from the elbow and not from the wrist part.. Answer: Keep to a low fat and low sugar diet. No point doing 2312981 crunches and munching on a whopper the next mintue. Answer: the new mushroom swiss chicken whopper taste great wor.. Answer: My PE teacher told me so sit up is useless. Must jog alot to burn down all fats, then automatically it will become toned. Dunno true or not. Answer: I can't raise my legs any more than 40 degrees lehx..legs damn stiff.. Answer: anybody staying in the east side wanna go jogging together ??
