yo genkians...have u been exercising? make exercise part of your total wellness..
start by doing something u like, be it cycling,jogging or gym. most important thing is to enjoy it
3 times a week, for at least 30 minutes is recommended for beginners..

cycling, running etc most sports require you to prepare something(like jogging shoes, a bike etc) and wear something appropriate.
So troublesome.
Do push-ups the best.

i've been going gym quite regularly, but i wanna train at home too
i know things like push ups, but there r like so many kinds, but which one works on which muscle grp etc?
