I gt some problems here.. I workout everyday.. Recently i found out that if that particular day i neber stress my muscles, i unable to sleep.. If i dun have that muscles ache, i feel very uncomfortable.. Wad worst is my muscles does not seems to grow at all... No matter how hard i workout.. So hardgainer out there u gt any experience bout this?? Answer: I gt some problems here.. I workout everyday.. Answer: did u eat enuf anot sumtimes if u train hard u nvr eat enuf den oso cant grow 1.. den dun tink of building n slimming at the same time.. its stupid idea.. its either build 1st slim later or slim 1st build later.. unless u tel me u take roids den u can build n slim at the same time Answer: ya.. Eat lots of potatoes.. Answer: err... y potatoes? sure carbs are gd in the sense of having more energy for working out... but u should be looking at seriously increasing protein intake rather than taking in a lot of carbs take 5-6 meals a day... a meal can consist of a ownmade gainer... eat some cottage cheese b4 sleep have enough good rest... at least 7-8 hrs of straight sleep if u really serious in growing... keep urself well hydrated Answer: I also take in high protein source stuff like soya bean milk, egg etc etc.. i know muz 3 meals divide into 6 meals.. But due to working, i can't really have do that all the time.. Answer: SInce u r a hardgainer .. i suppose u r in ya bulking state now FYI .. a hardgainer don workout everyday ~ U cant realli tell weather ya muscles did grow or not through naked eye. Unless u measure with a tape And also i don reallie see a need to hv ache before ya body grow. Sometimes if u don hv a ache .. if becos ya body is too used to the way of ya style of training .. Maybi u wana try something else .. I am also a hardgainer here ... I will just share mine experiences .. 0700 - amino acid with empty stomach 0930 - 2 chicken bao 1200 - wat serve by SAF (lunch) 1500 - whey protein , with 2 chicken bao 1800 - gulcose + 3eggs or 2wholemeal bread w/o peanut butter 1900 - workout 2030 - whey protein + gulcose + creatine 2100 - chicken breast (or a can of tuna) + 1cup of veggie + abit of white rice 0000 - 1 cup of milk + 2 wholemeal bread + 2tbs of peanut butter I train 4 days a week on alternate days .. so the muscles can grow on the other day. Just some tips *DRink a gallon of water a day. is about about 4.5l *tk a multivitamin after breakfast *sleep at least 8 hours *low reps , heavy weights *1-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight *3000-4000 kcals/calories if u hv the time and $ .. *40%protein, 40%carbs., 20%fat skinnyguy.net calorieking.com fitday.com bodybuilding.com nutri-forefront.com muscletech.com Lift like a beast , EAt like a hourse , sleep like a baby , grow like a week . and wat ati hv mention .. y potatoes?? carbs got nothing to do with muscles ... they r just CLEAN carbs Answer: not sure wat u work as ... a can of tuna in water or olive works veri well .. no need can opener as well .. + a bottle of tabasco sauce .. drain them add the sauce and volia ... a can of heinz beans too .. plus 4 piece of wholemeal .. tis the best i can suggest .. since u r working .. i assume got the $ ... get MRP or protein bars ... Answer: i'm sure u have enough time to gulp down a drink rite? either commercial or home made MRP how much milk/soya/eggs u eat? Answer: Hehe thats why i kenar hook up on training.. 1 day muscles dun feel the stress i feel damn uncomfortable..At night flip here and there.. Muz wake up pump 200 then go bath then can sleep.. I also wish to stop... Someday hor largi worse! Very tired already dun feel like pumping etc etc... Muz drag myself to workout then can sleep nicely.. I now not really in bulk size..But can see the so call cutting on some areas.. Last year gt take protein supplement, but stop taking liao.. Potatoes coz i love to eat them.. Answer: soyabean is 1 packet per day.. 4 Eggs per day..( Not everyday got the time to eat) Answer: simple rule ... burn more than u eat ... wont grow and also .. u don hv proper meal .. also wont grow .. if yes .. also veri slow like mi .. cant sleep ?? i got a bottle of melatonin for sale .. to curb isommia let mi knoe .. i am selling .. still upopen Answer: wad kind of workout do u do anyway? if u simply doing stuff like pumping and u can pump 200 at one shot then u won't see much gains from doing 200 pushups a day even after mths try adding some weight to it... do weighted pushups if u don't go to gym or have equipment maybe try weighted inclined pushups too do be careful when u add weight... don't hurt your back anyway muscles grow during rest not when working them if u think muscles grow during workouts then i guess Lee Priest must be working out 15 hours a day everyday rest, nutrition and genetics are the keys to how u will build up Answer: Haha being training for almost 2 yrs liao.. 1st year everything do swee swee.. 2nd year anyhow eat.. Looks like gonna choose wad i eat le.. Answer: well ... if u got wat u want .. u should also maintain it .. tis wat i am afraid of .. but i am too skinny .. need to bulk the rest i not gg to care .. lol Answer: Err now going back to gym le.. gt lift weight bench press etc etc.. At home usually is pumping and doing some weight lifting lo.. During workout u r destorying muscles.. Stressing ur muscles makes it grow.. While resting & amino acids BCAA repair and grow.. Also dunno why i can't follow these rules.. Answer: Haha then we start a competition among ourselfs.. See who can reach the standards first.. Motivations muahahaha Answer: eh try not to take too much soya bean proteins.. coz i tink it has estrogen inside den it will make u develop sum things which gers haf but guys dun i nt sure wad is tt but its not tt good.. try going for whey protein.. den if lyk u feel lyk snacking best is u go supermarket buy a block of tofu or buy a few den store at home hungry chuck in microwave.. den eat either plain or a lil soya sauce.. alternative oso got tuna.. juz buy the can 1 make sure no mayonaise or other things. the flakes in mineral water.. it tastes lyk shit but well good source of protein.. den if u wanna prevent water retention.. no drinking of water abt an hour b4 u slp. if not water retention. tt's abt it bahs.. den if u r a hardgainer try search for sum ppl which are hardgainers too my fren is 1 he did up a training prog for hardgainers but i tink he lost it oreadi ill check wif him.. Answer: tats great .. but wat ya stats ? i think i am too thin to compete .. lol Answer: tas ????ing true ... but soy protein is consider slow release compare to whey fast absorbtion ... whey .. best after workout .. soy .. best b4 sleep .. Answer: all got ups n downs bah unless u r rich enuf to go for designer whey.. sum timed released 1.. my fren more pro i duno how he tahan everyday eat steamed chicken breast.. juz the meat alone.. nvr mix wif anything else.. he eat liao wun sian i see liao oso feel lyk wanna puke oreadi.
