now working more on a cutting phase... nv go gym...
but i do weight/resistance once or twice a week at home... depending on my duties.. 7 duties a mth is gan sian!
weight/resistance...
bicep curls - 2 sets of 12, 1 set of 10
triceps extension - 1 set of 10, 2 sets of 10
pushups - 4 sets 20-25 spider...
chinups - 3 sets of 6
arnold press - 3 sets of 12
wrist curl - 3 sets of 20
the rest of the weekdays i doing cardio...
mostly do jumping/skipping for abt 30mins.. sometimes then go for run/walk...
weekends seldom workout... sometimes will go for swim though

Haha u type out soo many how to ask.. so anyhow ask one lo...
I do 6 sets per day..
1 sets consist of biceps curl, pumping and alternate weight resistant..
Biceps = 7.5kg on each side.. The whole bar weight around 15kg X 12 times
Pumping = diamond 30 per sets X 6 + 20 = 200
alternate is usually 1 pattern per day.. Dumbell is 5kg X 40 per set..
Usually finish at around 60 min..
Gym is also 6 sets
bench press 15kg on each side.. the whole bar weight 30kg X 10 times
Dunno wad machine.. But is for training chest.. 20kg X 15 times
Standing dumbbell.. 9kg X 12 times
hehe dunno u understand or not.. These workout too many style already.. haha

Yup.. then sometime consist of super set pumping.. Learn it thru internet..
Errr time urself how much can u do in a min.. Then after 1 min, stay at the downward position for 20 sec..
1 set i can do 50 X..
2 set can do 35 X
3 set i can do none...

what u mean by 50x 35x?
supersets are doing 2 diff exercises without stopping... done on 2 diff muscles on the alternate side of the body... for eg. bicep<->tricep / chest<-> back
but kinda hard to do in gym unless u using free weights... cos by the time u run from one machine to the other... time lost liao... haha somemore must wait...

1-2hrs, depending on what type of exercise i am engaging in..it can be muay thai kickboxing(2hrs)
weighttraining(1hr): 6-8 sets per body part..
running(45 minutes): interval training( short sprints of 400m, for 6 rounds) or long distance running(5km and above)
